Howard Marks, a graduate in nuclear physics from Oxford University, author of various books advocating for Human Rights and Drug Prevention Policies. Marks published an autobiography, Mr Nice (1996), which became an international bestseller for the vivid humour and uprightness of the author and has been translated into several languages. It was adapted for film in 2010 as Mr. Nice.
